Wild cyclamen are blooming everywhere now, in some places millions of them! The range of their color goes from almost white to dark pink and the sun makes them appear to be translucent!
And the almond trees started to blossom. Ah, that scent, not sweet and lemony, like the citrus flowers, but sweet like honey!

Oh this is just SO beautiful, Yael! I love cyclamen, and you have a SEA of them!!! I know they are in bloom right now on my beloved Rhodes too... so there's a love connection :)! And those almond trees... dreamy!!! Oh and of course... your lovely doggie is adding so much cheerful beauty to this natural heaven!
Ooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhh wie schön. Die Bilder sind traumhaft schön, aber sicher ist es noch viel viel schöner alles mit den eigenen Sinnen zu erleben.
Hier ist es grau in grau und knackekalt. Da tun die Bilder wirklich in der Seele gut und nähren die Hoffnung auf Frühling. Fast kann man beim Betrachten den zarten Duft riechen und die wärmenden Sonnenstrahlen auf der Haut spüren - ein schönes Gefühl.

PS: In meinem Garten wachsen auch Alpenveilchen. Aber so viele wie auf den Bildern werden wohl ein Wunschtraum bleiben.
The first time I saw almonds on and almond tree was in Greece, at the yacht harbor in Athens, and I picked several, carefully peeled them and ate them raw. You are so LUCKY!
Yael, I think we 'met' about a year ago, and ever since then I have returned lovingly to your blog, to get my 'treat' of visuals and exotic places in a place that feels like 'home'. Es ist so wuenderschoen!!!!
