TIME OUT

We vanished into the desert for three days, and stayed in a hut in nowhere land, at the end of the world :-), actually very close to the Egyptian border, at a solitary place...
Almost no people, no TV, radio, telephone, PC, laptop - no restaurants, shops, even no kiosk...  just quietness... ahhhhhhhhh....
Early in the morning the bells sounded from afar - then their owners passed the path under the hut.

I took my pretty socks from Dzidra, wearing them the first time, loving them...
Afternoon leisure...
Finished next morning - plenty of stone material around... :-)

There still is so much to tell and to show...

A time of peace and quiet must fall into everybody's life for a while sometimes. How else could we survive.

I have never been in a desert, but the place of solitude itself doesn't matter, it is the absence of all distraction that matters.

My desert are the green hills round about me, where the only noise comes from lambs bleating in a far-off field or the call of the buzzard high in the sky above me.

I'm not sure the desert would be my choice of a place for solitude, but peace is elusive and it looks like you found the perfect hide-a-way.

It definitely looks heavenly...as if you three were on a little sloop in the middle of the ocean, sailing away...

Wow, I don't know if I could do it - I am such a slave to technology. Your socks are so beautiful and I love that crocheted rock. Sarah xxx

I am jealous of your * just quiteness*, impressed how you can just go to the dessert like that, where I am the dessert seems to be sooo far away :)
